Beginner Fly Tying Class - Part 3: The Woolley Worm
The first fly we're going to tie is the woolley worm. This is a good initial fly to start with because it is a fairly straightforward fly to tie, and it is a productive pattern as well. With it, we will illustrate the following two tying techniques:
1. How to apply a body to a fly (in this case, a chenille body)
2. How to wrap a hackle onto a fly (in this case, a palmer wrapped wet fly hackle)
